1. Vehicle Management

The vehicle can be driven by persons older than 21 years who have a driving license of at least 2 years listed as drivers in the rental agreement. All other persons have no right to drive the vehicle.

2. Vehicle Rental

The vehicle is taken over by the lessee by entering into a rental agreement. The signature of the agreement confirms that it agrees and accepts the terms of the lease.

3. Accessories and Use

The tenant is obliged to take care of the rented vehicle and the accompanying equipment and documents, to comply with traffic regulations and to use the vehicle carefully and according to its purpose.

4. Reminder

It is forbidden to use the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other narcotics. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the vehicle.

5. Lessor Liability

The lessor is not responsible for damage that the user would suffer due to malfunction of the vehicle. The lessor is not responsible for items forgotten in the vehicle.

6. Deposit

When renting a vehicle, a deposit is paid in cash or with a credit card.

7. Lease Extension

The lease can be extended with the consent of the lessor, but it must be reported at least 24 hours in advance.

8. Fuel Policy

The vehicle is rented with a full tank and should be returned the same. Otherwise, fuel will be charged extra.

9. Vehicle Maintenance

During the lease, the tenant is obliged to take care of the technical correctness and cleanliness of the vehicle.

10. Malfunctions and Accidents

In case of malfunction or accident, the lessee must immediately inform the lessor and follow the given instructions.

11. Insurance Coverage

All vehicles are fully insured, but in case of damage not covered by the insurance, the lessee bears the costs.

12. Traffic Fines

All fines for traffic violations during the rental period are borne by the lessee.

13. Return of Vehicle

The lessee is obliged to return the vehicle at the agreed time and place. Delays are charged additionally.

14. Cancellation Policy

Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours before pickup. Later cancellations may be charged.

15. Jurisdiction

In case of disputes, the court in Bitola is competent.
